This policy explains when and how refunds or cancellations may apply to bookings made through SkyFare Travel.
Eligibility
- Refund eligibility is determined by the fare rules of the operating airline. Many discount fares are non-refundable.
- Refundable tickets may be cancelled per airline rules; airline-imposed penalties may apply.
- Service fees charged by SkyFare Travel are non-refundable once a ticket has been issued.
How to Request a Cancellation
Call us at (855) 235-0396 or email support@skyfaretravel.com with your booking reference. Cancellations are not effective until confirmed by our team in writing.
Processing Timelines
- Approved refunds are submitted to the airline within 7 business days.
- Airlines typically process refunds back to the original payment method within 30–90 days.
- SkyFare Travel cannot accelerate the airline's internal refund timeline.
Schedule Changes & Cancellations by Airline
If the airline cancels or significantly changes your flight, you may be entitled to a refund, reroute, or travel credit per the carrier's policy. We will assist you at no additional service charge.
Disputes
Please contact us first to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of services.
